Heard in class.Seen at home. The same day.

Hifdhy is the daily register for hifz classes. Teachers grade each recitation as they listen, parents read it that evening, and the school can see who needs help while there is still time to give it.

Free for up to 5 students. No card needed.

The whole class, the whole week,on one screen.

One row for each student and one block for each day. The colour is the grade, so a hard week shows up before anyone has to ask. Switch between the three recitations to see where it went wrong.

  • Graded while listening

Tap a seal, pick a word. A full class takes no longer than hearing it.

  • It keeps up with the classroom

If the connection drops, lessons queue on the phone and save when it returns.

  • Nothing to send

A saved lesson is already on the parent’s phone. There is no report to write up.

What a parentopens thatevening.

Every day of the week, with what was recited, both grades and the teacher’s note. Parents record the practice done at home and confirm they have read the day, so the teacher knows the message arrived.

Try it: pick the other child, then any day of the week.

  • One sign-in for the family

Every child, one account. Both parents can have their own.

  • No passwords

A six-digit code by email. Nothing to forget.

  • Lives on the home screen

It installs like an app, without an app store.

Note from M. Rehmani

Maryam found today hard. Twenty minutes on page 246 at home would help a lot.

Prep logged

Confirming tells M. Rehmani you have read Wednesday’s entry — it does not grade anything.

Who to ask about, before the termreport says so.

The head of hifz opens on today’s numbers and a short list of students the record is worried about, each with the reason written out. Maryam’s difficult Wednesday is already on it.

Memorising the Qur’an takes years, so the next step has to stay in sight. Students earn merits for the day’s grades, badges for the milestones, and a place on the class board.

A passed juzgets its moment.

These are the screens a student sees when it happens, exactly as they appear in the app. Play one.

Streak, always on:

And on theclassroom wall.

Put the class’s merit standings on the screen in the room. A merit given on the teacher’s phone is up here within ten seconds, with the reason next to the name, and the whole class sees who it was for.

This is the board itself, running on a demo class. Watch it for a minute, or open it full screen on the biggest screen you have.

  • Any screen with a browser

Type the board’s short code into a smart TV, or the laptop behind the whiteboard.

  • Class against class

The strip along the bottom ranks classes on their average, so a small class can win.

  • Left on all day

It refreshes itself, and picks up new versions without anyone touching it.

And the rest ofthe school day.

  • Para tests

Book a juz test, record the result, and re-book a fail. A pass issues a certificate.

  • Messages

Parents and the office write to each other inside the app, with attachments.

  • Home practice

Parents log the minutes practised before class, next to the lesson it was for.

  • Goals

Set a target for a juz and see which students are on pace for it.

  • Reports

Progress reports as PDFs, sent on a schedule on the Enterprise plan.

  • Register

Attendance is taken on the same screen the lessons are logged on.

  • Your madrasah, alone

Each school’s records are kept apart from every other school’s.

  • Installs like an app

Teachers and parents add it to the home screen. There is no app store to visit.

Priced by the sizeof the madrasah.

Every plan logs lessons, takes the register, runs para tests and awards merits. The paid plans add parents, analytics and room to grow.

How long does onboarding take?

Most madrasahs are live within two business days. Growth and Enterprise plans include guided setup so your staff can start with confidence.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is not a trial. It covers up to 5 students for as long as you need, at no cost. When you want parents and analytics, you can move to Growth or Enterprise at any time.

Can parents log in to see progress themselves?

Yes. On Growth and Enterprise plans each parent has their own account, where they see their child’s lessons, grades and the teacher’s notes as soon as they are saved.

How is student data protected?

Row-level security keeps each madrasah’s records isolated from every other’s. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled in line with GDPR. Your madrasah owns its data at all times.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Start withone class.

The free plan covers up to 5 students for as long as you like. Log tomorrow’s lessons in it and see whether it fits.
